Prysmian Group is seeking talented individuals to join its Graduate Program, a comprehensive development opportunity that combines technical training, international experience, and career advancement.

The program is designed for recent graduates in STEM fields, offering a one-year job rotation in Research & Development and Operations, followed by an international assignment of up to three years. Participants will gain hands-on experience, develop their skills, and build a global network of colleagues.

Requirements include:

• Recent graduation in a STEM field
• Fluency in English
