We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workplace Facility Operations Generalist to join our team at Inter IKEA Group. As a key member of our Workplace Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate logistics, administrative, and import/export tasks to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Oversee maintenance, In Shape As New, and waste management processes to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT/Digital, Product Development, and service and transport suppliers, to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Education or equivalent experience in Facility Management and/or logistics operations, transport bookings, and import/export.
- Strong digital knowledge and experience with administrative tools, as well as hardware equipment.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Security and Quality Management.
- Minimum B Driver license and preferably a forklift license.
- Excellent communication and feedback skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships and collaborate with diverse teams and cultures.
- Strong service focus, with a passion for problem-solving, creative thinking, prioritizing, and structure in a cost-conscious manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a mix of administrative and practical tasks.
