Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Sweden. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in hospital pharmaceutical products, and experience in immunology and rare diseases. You will work closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders to increase sales in designated market segments and align with the tactical Country plan to maximize sales and gross margin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key account holders and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Provide input and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth

Requirements:
  • University degree, preferably in a scientific environment, and/or commercial authorization by Local Pharma Association
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, primarily in hospital pharmaceutical products
  • Experience in immunology and rare diseases
  • Strong account management skills and portfolio management experience
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably also Veeva/Salesforce as a CRM system
