An exceptional leader is sought after to capitalize on strategic accounts, be a self-starter, and work in a multifaceted environment with an outstanding team.
The Regional Sales Director will lead, coach, and mentor the team, helping them improve long-term revenue opportunities with existing customers.

This role leads a team focused on driving complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams.
- Lead key sales initiatives for Workday within existing customer bases in Sweden and Norway
- Use experience to lead, coach, and mentor field sales teams for assigned territories
- Employ effective selling strategies to position Workday as a cloud partner of choice compared to legacy ERP solutions
Basic Qualifications:
- 12+ years of field sales & management experience at a SaaS company, ideally focused on upselling/renewals within an existing customer base
- Experience selling cloud/SaaS/ERP solutions
- Experience cultivating relationships with partners and alliances
- Complex sales cycle management from start to finish with successful revenue/quota attainment
- Leadership in successful team selling environments
Other Qualifications:
- Strategic competitive landscape understanding to position Workday solutions within accounts
- Maintenance of accurate forecasting data and business modeling for senior leadership
- Self-starter attitude with dynamic work environment ability
