What You Will Do

As an experienced Commercial Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving profitable growth and top-tier customer experience.

Manage a team of account managers and key client accounts, developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to win and retain business.

Collaborate with the New Sales team to identify business opportunities and establish Sinch as a trusted advisor to larger clients.

Manage business operating expenses within allocated budgets and work closely with other Account Directors and leadership teams to achieve strategic goals.

Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity, providing feedback to company leadership and other functions.

Represent Sinch at industry events and create a culture of success within the team.

Requirements
  • Experience in commercial leadership and regional market expertise.
  • Strong network and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
