We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Sweden. As a key representative of Dewesoft, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new markets, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and interpersonal skills, combined with a passion for innovation and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to expand the Swedish market.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and prospects.
- Delivering engaging product presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of sales excellence and revenue growth. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent work experience are required. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace, are also essential. Finally, you must be able to travel extensively (approximately 40-50% of your time) for customer visits and possess a valid driver's license.
