Your Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement business strategies for assigned accounts, aligning our product offerings with consumer needs and market trends
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, expand our presence in the Nordics, and increase sales revenue
  • To manage the end-to-end business process with accounts, leveraging your analytical skills, commercial knowledge, and market insights to inform decision-making
  • To foster effective communication with partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual understanding

What You'll Bring

  • Sales experience from either retail or B2B, with demonstrated good knowledge in managing partnerships with buyers, including sales, consulting, negotiations, and successfully meeting seasonal goals aligned with important retail performance indicators
  • Proficiency in merchandising, including creating account assortments based on consumer needs, showcasing a positive and collaborative attitude, with a strong emphasis on working together and accomplishing common objectives
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams from various functions within Nike and our retail partners, including operations, logistics, planning, finance, and marketing
