About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team in the Nordic region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a client book, proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction and retention, while continuously hunting and closing new business.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Identify and source potential customers using various methods such as cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, and leveraging existing lead databases.
  2. Qualifying Leads: Determine if generated leads are a good fit for MARKT-PILOT software, understanding prospect's needs, budget, authority, and interest.
  3. Outbound Outreach: Engage in outbound communication with potential leads via phone calls, emails, social media platforms, etc., introducing MARKT-PILOT software, educating the lead, and gauging their interest.
  4. Product Knowledge: Develop deep understanding of MARKT-PILOT industry and products, articulating features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers effectively.
  5. Building Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers, engaging in meaningful conversations, addressing questions and concerns, and building rapport.
  6. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or product demonstrations with qualified leads for Account Executives.
  7. Consistent Follow-Up: Stay in touch with potential customers, address their concerns, and provide additional information as needed.
