Här får du möjlighet att vara med och forma Zendrs framtid som ett snabbt växande företag. Som Junior Customer Success Manager kommer du att arbeta nära grundarna och en kollega inom kundtjänst.

Arbetsuppgifter
  • Du kommer ha nära kontakt med kunder via telefon för att förstå deras behov och hitta nya affärsmöjligheter, etablera och utveckla kundrelationer samt hjälpa till att optimera deras användning av Zendrs plattform.
  • Du kommer dokumentera och bearbeta kundinformation i Zendrs CRM-plattform, registrera samtalsanteckningar och kundvanor och lägga grunden för en sömlös kommunikation.
  • Du kommer analysera kundflöden, identifiera brister och proaktivt lösa problem innan de uppstår.
  • Du erbjuds chansen att vara delaktig i projekt för att utveckla och förbättra kundupplevelsen, samt arbeta nära andra team för att implementera nya funktioner.
Vad krävs för att lyckas
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av en roll inom service, kundkontakt eller liknande där vi värdesätter rätt inställning högt.
  • God datorvana och trivs med att ha telefonen som ditt primära verktyg.
  • Flytande svenska i tal och skrift samt mycket goda kunskaper i engelska i tal och skrift.
