We are seeking a highly skilled IT Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Infosys Technologies (Sweden) AB. As a key member of our End User Computing team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our clients' desktop environments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of End User Computing technologies, including Microsoft SCCM, VMWare Horizon, and Intune.
- Provide proactive and passionate support for our clients' desktop environments, with a strong focus on Windows 10 support, migration, and deployment.
- Liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors as needed to ensure seamless support for our clients.
- Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position, including hands-on experience with desktop/laptop lifecycle management.
- Contribute to the development, configuration, and deployment of solutions, and guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
