Business Development Manager for Life-Saving Therapies in Benelux

At Octapharma, we are committed to developing and producing human proteins that save lives. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Belgium and Luxembourg.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real impact in the world of healthcare. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating sales activities in the Benelux region. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage key accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute sales activities in Belgium and Luxembourg
- Define actions and resources to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies in agreement with the management team
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base
We offer a competitive employment conditions package, including a salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits also include a company car, pension plan, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of success in driving sales growth, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in Dutch, French, and English, both in oral and written communications.
