">About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Global Sales Manager with an international mindset and commercial approach to oversee all aspects of sales development.
">This role involves developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, building strategic partnerships, and negotiating customer contracts.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Developing and implementing commercial go-to-market strategies
- Building strategic partnerships and strengthening key business relationships
- Scaling the business by widening distribution within existing and new retailers
- Negotiating and managing customer contracts
- Analyzing market trends, pricing, and competition
- Leading quarterly business reviews to assess market performance
- Optimizing promotional spend to ensure maximum ROI
- Representing the brand at events and conferences
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in economics or equivalent experience, with 5-10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in FMCG.
">Proven experience in sales and sales management is essential, along with exceptional communication and leadership skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for sustainability.
">Fluency in English is required, as well as flexibility and a willingness to roll up your sleeves in a small organization.
