Technical Implementation Manager for Hospital Monitoring Systems
Job Description
As a Technical Implementation Manager for Hospital Monitoring Systems, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of our Hospital Monitoring Systems in Sweden. Another key aspect of this role is leading a team of Technical Implementation Specialists and Field Services Engineers, and promoting high levels of teamwork and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead the team to ensure efficient and high-quality implementations.
- Recognize customer needs by managing escalations and ensuring that delivered performance and services meet customer expectations.
- Visit customers and communicate around operational issues to increase customer satisfaction related to implementations.
- Collaborate with district sales and project management to provide value-added project implementations of our solutions.
- Ensure training of new hires and FSEs on our way of working, tool utilization, and change management related to implementation of new tools and customer services processes.
- Be responsible for service delivery operations compliance performance within the district and for reporting compliance issues to quality and regulatory functions at the regional level.
Requirements
- Prior experience in technical field service and maintenance, preferably from the Med Tech industry.
- Education in IT or Engineering (bachelor/master level) is a must-have.
- 3-5 years of proven track record of successful managerial experience.
- Self-driven and result-oriented with strong personal ownership.
- Team player with experience from cross-functional work and great communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Swedish – both verbally and in writing is a must-have.
