- Work closely with sales, project management, and other stakeholders to align bid strategies with business objectives.
- Create and manage high-quality bid documents, including technical descriptions, pricing, and project timelines.
- Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs, and use this information to enhance proposals.
- Identify opportunities to streamline the bidding process and improve proposal quality, ensuring best practices are implemented.
- Proven experience in the functionality and architecture of railway systems, including a solid background in comprehensive technical bid management.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential.
- Proficiency in managing engineering scope and budgets effectively.
- In-depth understanding of products, signalling systems, and standards within the railway industry.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and coordinate the team during the bidding process.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively communicate, collaborate, and influence executives and colleagues.
