Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the car industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Swedish market, including customer preferences, distribution channels, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen to develop effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus.
