GTM Business Development Specialist

Pocketlaw is seeking a highly motivated, engaged and results-driven professional to join our growing commercial team and drive growth in the Legal AI space. This role is ideal for someone with a commercial background, keen to work at the intersection of business, legal and technology, and eager to see the impact and value that AI can create for large businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Lead Generation – Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting, networking, and social selling to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Product Demonstrations – Present and showcase Pocketlaw's AI-powered tools, explaining how they can streamline legal processes and enhance efficiency.
- Relationship Building – Develop strong relationships with decision-makers by understanding their legal and business needs, providing tailored solutions and driving sales outcomes.
- Pipeline Management – Track and manage your sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and maximize revenue potential.
- +3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Management Consulting or a related field, preferably at a B2B SaaS company.
- Intelligent, strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Driven, self-motivated, and eager to achieve and exceed targets, with a passion for innovation and disruption in the legal industry.
- Familiarity with AI and digital transformation concepts, with a desire to learn and grow in this exciting space.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a top university, with a focus on business, law, or technology.
- Preferably with some legal experience, training or background, and a deep understanding of the challenges facing the legal industry.
