About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing and growing existing customer relationships while also identifying new business opportunities in the Danish, Norwegian, Baltic, and international retail market.

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably at an international level.
  • Strong key account management skills, including accomplished negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and ability to manage complex customer relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Nielsen, and SAP, with strong Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of the Danish, Norwegian, Baltic, and international retail industry and customer base is essential.
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit, team player mentality, excellent communication skills, determination, proactivity, positivity, analytical mindset, and ability to get things done are required.
