Job Description

You will be responsible for driving client growth, ensuring high renewal rates, and minimizing churn in the SME segments. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with various client stakeholders while tailoring our offerings to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Commercial Plans: Create and execute commercial plans to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve high results.
  • Foster Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with various client stakeholders while tailoring our offerings to their unique needs.
  • Identify Business Opportunities: Promote new features, identify business opportunities, and work on increasing client engagement by driving login and order rates.
  • Present Relevant Statistics: Present relevant statistics to clients, offer actionable insights, and serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial cooperation matters.

Requirements

  • Strong Relationship-Building Skills: Foster trust and naturally act as a strategic partner to your clients.
  • Customer-Oriented: Deliver value and exceed goals with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage multiple clients effectively to drive success.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken, with professional language skills in Swedish being a bonus.
  • Crm Expertise: Solid CRM-expertise in Salesforce or similar, including tracking performance, logging client interactions, and effective portfolio management.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills and experience of leading client meetings, presenting to various stakeholders, and showcasing features to employees within client organizations.
