Your Key Responsibilities
This role involves driving the commercial success of an assigned portfolio of SME clients within the Nordics region. To accomplish this, you will focus on developing tailored solutions that address the unique requirements of each client, thereby maximizing the value derived from our product offerings. Your primary objective is to cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with diverse client stakeholders, emphasizing transparency, empathy, and clear communication.
- You will proactively promote innovative features and business opportunities aligned with client interests.
- Develop comprehensive commercial strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and achievement of established targets.
- Prepare and present insightful data-driven analyses to facilitate informed decision-making among clients.
- You will concentrate on boosting client engagement metrics such as login rates and transaction frequencies.
- As the central point of contact for all commercial interactions, you will nurture open dialogue with clients, addressing concerns promptly and fostering lasting relationships.
- In this capacity, you will also serve as the advocate for your clients within Benify, ensuring their needs are diligently represented and addressed throughout the organization.
- Your collaboration with fellow account managers in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Malmö, and Gothenburg will be essential in achieving shared objectives.

- A verifiable history of success in B2B sales, spanning the full sales lifecycle from initial prospecting to securing new clients.
- Experience in managing an existing portfolio, focusing on upselling and renewals, while prioritizing client satisfaction and growth.
- Native fluency in both Danish and English, supplemented by proficiency in Swedish, where applicable.
- A firm grasp of CRM tools like Salesforce or similar, encompassing key performance metrics, client interaction tracking, and effective portfolio management.
- Demonstrated prowess in presentations and stakeholder engagement, including facilitating seamless communication with clients and internal teams.
