Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Account Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving client growth, ensuring high renewal rates, and minimizing churn in the SME segments.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute commercial plans to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve outstanding results.
  • Client Engagement: Promote new features, identify business opportunities, and work on increasing client engagement by driving login and order rates.
  • Relationship Building: Act as the strategic partner to your clients, fostering trust and delivering value.
  • Communication: Present relevant statistics to clients, offer actionable insights, and serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial cooperation matters.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team of Account Managers across different locations.

Requirements

  • Strong Relationship-Building Skills: Foster trust and naturally act as a strategic partner to your clients.
  • Customer-Oriented: Deliver value and exceed goals with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage multiple clients effectively to drive success.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken, with professional language skills in Swedish being a bonus.
  • Crm Expertise: Solid CRM-expertise in Salesforce or similar, including tracking performance, logging client interactions, and effective portfolio management.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills and experience of leading client meetings, presenting to various stakeholders, and showcasing features to employees within client organizations.
