  • Lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring motivation and success.
  • Participate in strategic business negotiations and deals.
  • Contribute to setting a strategic direction for commercial growth.
  • Develop long-term strategy and business planning, taking full ownership of region's profitability and growth.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Genuine experience in sales leadership, primarily in B2B industries.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire, develop, and empower teams.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen with data-driven approach.
  • Experience managing a P&L in a competitive market.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
