- Manage new business integration into Sweden and excel overall business performance.
- Communicate effectively within the function and support functions.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring motivation and success.
- Participate in strategic business negotiations and deals.
- Contribute to setting a strategic direction for commercial growth.
- Develop long-term strategy and business planning, taking full ownership of region's profitability and growth.
Experience and Qualifications
- Genuine experience in sales leadership, primarily in B2B industries.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire, develop, and empower teams.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen with data-driven approach.
- Experience managing a P&L in a competitive market.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
