About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled CRM Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical Salesforce support to our organization, working closely with sales and operations teams to respond to queries and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day user support and maintenance of CRM to include managing user queries, user administration, and user training.
  • Ensure that the data held in the CRM platform is accurate and well maintained through procedural/bulk updates.
  • Configure the Salesforce system; creating reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Gather business requirements and document proposals for system improvements.
  • Identify ways to streamline and improve current processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience providing technical CRM support, ideally with Salesforce.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and desire to find solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, good presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
