Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Go-to-Market Lead to join our Sales Strategy & Enablement team at SIX Payment Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and strategy across our Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the Nordic market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans.
  • Manage stakeholders throughout the organization, including sales teams, product managers, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain commercial presentations, training materials, and documentation to support sales teams.
  • Attend partner and marketing events to support sales teams and drive commercial growth.
  • Coordinate cross-Nordic launches and projects to drive commercial growth and revenue expansion.
  • Engage with colleagues across Europe for knowledge sharing and best practices.

Requirements

  • Full working proficiency in Swedish and English.
  • Business sense and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent skills in Office suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Able to work in a role that combines both strategic and operational tasks in a highly dynamic organization.
  • A great teammate who supports the team and prioritizes team and business objectives.
  • Graduation at least at bachelor level.
  • Previous experience in the payment industry or similar is an advantage.
