We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio & Concept Manager to join our team at Talents By Inhouse. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Savory Snacking portfolio and its innovation projects from concept to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the 3-year retail category roadmap and annual plans to deliver on financial and brand targets.
- Champion consumer trends, insights, and competition within the Snacking category.
- Drive portfolio and concept management, including optimization, innovation, value engineering, and key initiatives.
- Analyze brand, category, and consumer data across markets to identify relevant actions and insights.
- Identify and act on growth and profitability opportunities in the full marketing mix.
- Develop a marketing mix toolbox to support business growth.
- Manage the marketing part of product data.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar or equivalent roles within FMCG.
- Strong project leadership skills with multi-functional and cultural teams.
- Excellent collaboration skills with various stakeholders in multiple initiatives.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret brand, category, and consumer data.
- Strong leadership skills in own organization and in matrix.
- Good creative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical strengths and business acumen.
- Fluency in English on a professional level, both oral and written.
- Passion for taste and snacks.
