International Sales Director

About the Role:
The Global Marine Sales Manager will lead a dedicated team of sales professionals, targeting the growth of our service repairs and maintenance base in France, Americas, and Sweden. This role is part of a global strategy for Johnson Controls to develop our focus on Service growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of Go-To-Market strategies in existing and new vertical markets, employing enterprise tools and value selling concepts to deliver targeted growth.
- Ensure strategies are achieved, taking key learnings to continuously adapt our sales strategy to deliver success.
- Encourage the use and effective adoption of company systems, tools, pricing policies, and sales processes/training.
- Manage performance, leveraging market and CRM data to blend field accompaniments with formal mentor conversations to ensure our field sales teams are continuously improving.
- Leverage the framework, tools, and processes to ensure coaching is effectively focused on the needs of everyone in the team.
- Promote JCI digital solutions and sustainability solutions to generate and secure service contract opportunities and pipelines within your teams.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years Sales Management experience with a proven track record, preferably within the Marine/offshore sector.
- Excellent verbal, written, and financial communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel.
- The passion to success and inspire.
