Key Responsibilities
  1. Revenue Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to enhance product portfolio growth and profitability.
  2. Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market analysis and gather insights to inform product development, sales, and category strategies.
  3. Commercial Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise tactics that boost revenue and improve commercial performance.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Employ data analytics to monitor and predict market opportunities, sales trends, and category success.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to align market needs with revenue growth initiatives.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in revenue growth management or finance roles in an international environment.
  2. Previous experience from FMCG.
  3. Strong strategic and tactical business understanding and skilled in structured and pragmatic problem-solving.
  4. Strong analytical skills that you use to make recommendations.
  5. Excellent communication and influencing abilities – not afraid to challenge or be challenged in a constructive way.
  6. Fluent in English (Swedish or Finnish is a bonus).
