The Role

We are establishing a dedicated Sales Strategy & Enablement team within our organization and are seeking a Market Strategy Specialist to contribute significantly to our objectives. This position is focused on enhancing our market presence and coordinating product initiatives across various sectors.

The Sales Strategy & Enablement team is tasked with defining the strategic direction for our product offerings, aiming to boost sales performance, increase revenue, and capture market share. This includes orchestrating product launches and collaborative initiatives across the region, as well as identifying potential partnerships and acquisitions to fulfill our strategic goals.

In this role, you will act as a vital link between Product Management and Sales, driving the growth agenda for our market. Your responsibilities will include managing stakeholder relationships across the organization and collaborating closely with teams in Sales, Product Development, Marketing, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily activities will encompass:

  • Being the primary contact for the sales team, gathering insights, providing updates, and facilitating training on product offerings.
  • Developing and maintaining commercial presentations, training materials, and documentation to support the sales function.
  • Participating in partner and marketing events to bolster sales efforts.
  • Coordinating product launches across the region.
  • Managing cross-functional projects to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Engaging with colleagues across Europe to share knowledge and best practices.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.
  • A strong business acumen and commercial orientation.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in stakeholder management.
  • Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • The ability to navigate both strategic and operational tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative spirit, prioritizing team and organizational goals.
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in the payments industry or a related field is advantageous.
