Purchase to Pay Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchase to Pay Specialist to join our team at Meritmind AB. As a key member of our Global Business Service Center, you will be responsible for providing financial operational support and ensuring the smooth execution of our client's Purchase to Pay process.

• Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with local sites and GBS clients to resolve discrepancies and queries in a timely manner
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting by performing tasks such as period-end accruals, account reconciliations, and investment and asset management
• Perform documentation and archiving tasks
• Participate in meeting structures, improvement, and development initiatives related to the Purchase to Pay process
• Proactively suggest continuous improvements to the PtP process
• Support other GBS process teams with various tasks as needed
• Handle outgoing payments for EMEA markets
• Manage manual payments and related process improvements

We are looking for an individual with experience in working with customer accounts and payments, preferably in an international environment within a Shared Service Center. You should have good accounting knowledge, including IFRS. Proficiency in Excel and systems is essential, and experience with SAP is a plus. As our client is a global company, you must have excellent English language skills. Additional languages are a plus.
