The Role
We are establishing a Sales Strategy & Enablement team for our Nordic operations and are seeking a skilled Market Entry Specialist to contribute to our mission. This position is a temporary contract covering a parental leave.
The Sales Strategy & Enablement team is tasked with defining the strategy for our product offerings to enhance sales performance, increase revenue, and capture market share in the Nordic region. This includes coordinating product launches and cross-regional initiatives, as well as proposing strategic partnerships and collaborations to achieve our objectives.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth agenda across the Nordic markets, acting as a vital link between Product Management and Sales.
Your responsibilities will include effectively communicating our products and services within our sales organization, which encompasses direct sales across various enterprise segments and partnerships with diverse models. You will manage relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization and collaborate closely with teams in Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for the sales organization, gathering insights, providing updates, and delivering training on products and services.
- Develop and maintain commercial presentations, training materials, and documentation to support the sales team.
- Participate in partner and marketing events to bolster sales efforts.
- Oversee cross-regional product launches and coordinate related projects.
- Engage with colleagues across Europe to share knowledge and best practices.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in both Swedish and English.
- Strong business acumen and a commercial mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills and adept in stakeholder management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Able to navigate a role that combines strategic and operational responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- A collaborative team player who prioritizes team and business goals.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- Experience in the payments industry or a related field is advantageous.
