Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Market Strategy Specialist to become a vital part of our Sales Strategy & Enablement team. This role is crucial for driving our commercial initiatives and ensuring our offerings resonate with the market demands.
The Sales Strategy & Enablement team is tasked with formulating strategies that optimize our product portfolio, enhance sales performance, and capture market share across various sectors. This includes orchestrating product launches and collaborative projects that span the Nordic region.
As a Market Strategy Specialist, you will serve as a key liaison between Product Management and Sales, ensuring that our products are effectively integrated into our sales processes. You will engage with various stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations, to foster strong commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary resource for the sales team, providing insights, updates, and training on our product offerings.
- Develop and maintain impactful commercial presentations and training materials to support the sales force.
- Participate in partner and marketing events to bolster sales efforts.
- Coordinate product launches across the Nordic markets.
- Manage cross-regional projects to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
- Strong business acumen and a commercial mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Adept at balancing strategic and operational responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- A collaborative team player who prioritizes team and organizational goals.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in the payments industry or a related field is preferred.
