Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying and driving growth opportunities across our markets, developing strategic plans to expand our presence, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business success. You will lead a dynamic team, empower sales teams through impactful training, and shape the future of digital development within SSAB Special Steels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience, with managerial experience included.
- Commercial mindset with a strategic, long-term approach.
- Open-minded, curious, and a good communicator.
- Strong connector and networker, able to connect the dots to see the bigger picture and foster team spirit.
- Knowledge and experience in the steel industry, as well as experience in product development and production would be very beneficial.
