About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Journey Optimization Lead to join our central D2C team in Europe APACMEA. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving profitable growth across our D2C channels by delivering and scaling conversion drivers.

This individual will work closely with the CRO Manager and Product Managers to ensure the CRO Roadmap is prioritized for clear and measurable impact on D2C business growth. Their primary focus will be on leveraging analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and optimize the conversion funnel.

Key responsibilities include identifying conversion blockers, prioritizing areas of improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive rapid test-and-learn cadence for rolling out data-driven conversion strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce sales, conversion optimization, and analytical tools like Google Analytics and ContentSquare. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are considered an asset.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the customer journey optimization expert - driving key input metrics for D2C E-commerce channel growth
  • Identify conversion blockers and prioritize among potential areas of improvement through the complete shopping funnel building alignment with multiple cross-functional teams: Experience Organization (XO), CRO, Outbound, Consumer Activation, etc.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize the conversion funnel. Utilize historical data, current trends, and predictive analytics to forecast conversion trends that will aid in making informed decisions for annual budgeting and roadmaps development
  • Drive a rapid test-and-learn cadence for rolling out data-driven conversion strategies to quickly impact KPIs results
  • Contribute to the D2C Personalization strategy, one of our main conversion and value drivers, from an analytical and optimization point of view
  • Identify targeted opportunities for specific product categories, channels, and traffic sources
  • Support adequate reporting, together with the Data Analytics, on key metrics and aspects of the E-commerce channel
  • Support Product Decisions: work closely with our Product Owners and technical teams, ensuring that any new features have a positive impact on conversion.
