Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Sweden. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in maintaining and developing relationships with customers and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and develop relationships with customers and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Consult on Frends best practices and assist new customers in onboarding Frends and coordinating Frends trainings.
  3. Deploy and manage ticketing and documentation tools, establish basic practices and rules for development, and facilitate daily communication and cooperation between customers and Frends teams.
