Cencora | Pharma solutions is seeking a seasoned Sales Growth Strategist to spearhead business development efforts in Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business-to-business sales, with a strong focus on developing and executing sales strategies that drive results. You will work closely with our Commercial Director to develop and implement sales plans that meet and exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales approaches
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, with ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform sales strategies
