Sweden Business Development Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Development Director to lead our sales efforts in Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Job Overview:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding customer bases. You will work closely with our Commercial Director to develop and implement sales plans that meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales approaches
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, with ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform sales strategies
