About the RoleWe are seeking a Sales Oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing cooperation with our customers and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction together with our experts.
Your Responsibilities:- Ensure product value for new and existing customers and grow our customers to the next level.
- Conduct customers and partner meetings.
- Consult on Frends best practices.
- Help new customers in onboarding Frends and coordinating Frends trainings.
- Deployment and management of ticketing and documentation tools.
- Establish basic practices and rules for development.
- Daily communication and cooperation between the customers and Frends teams (technical experts, CSMs, sales, R&D, OPS).
