Job Description

TN Sweden is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B sales professional to join our team in Stockholm. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and building strategic relationships with key partners.

The Role

You will report to our General Manager and work closely with our Lenovo PC team to generate new business and drive sales. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the technology hardware industry
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and customers
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Providing hands-on inspirational leadership to ensure that the business pulls in one direction to achieve targets and goals


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 5+ years sales experience within the technology hardware industry, with exposure to high volume sales
  • Understanding of IT systems, IT industry players, and local market
  • Knowledge of large-scale relationship management with large corporate businesses
  • You know how to formulate, negotiate, and close large and complex deals at a high level across multiple industry sectors
  • You enjoy working in a complex cross-functional environment
