Job Overview:
We are a leading provider of sensing solutions, and we are seeking a highly motivated individual to develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, drive sales growth, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing and new key accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue in the sensing solutions segment.
- Build strong relationships with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales cycle, including opportunity identification, quotation, and cash generation.
- Develop action plans for key OEMs and manage relevant opportunities in Salesforce.
- Coordinate sales and support activities with application engineers as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales or sales support functions, preferably in the sensing solutions industry.
- Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in engineering, business, marketing, economics, or finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in CRM software and common computer software, such as MS Office 365 and Salesforce.
