This role is part of our 12-Month Graduate Account Manager Program, which provides graduates with the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in a real-world environment.
As a Graduate Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading customer account management matters, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and exploring new opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and explore new opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication with customers and maintain their satisfaction with our Digital Solutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
- Provide customers with market and platform information to support their needs.
- Identify and resolve campaign performance issues, coordinating with the team to implement necessary next steps.
