About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering comprehensive solutions to meet client needs. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving net new sales and expanding our market reach.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify joint opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed demonstrations of Xensam's technology and services.
  • Proactively assess client needs and maintain satisfaction.
  • Provide SAM expertise to clients.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in corporate account management, including net new technology sales.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and account management software.
  • Proficiency in using prospecting tools like LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in fluent English and Dutch.
