As an Enterprise Account Executive at TN Sweden, you will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing a sales strategy within assigned territories, driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identifying, qualifying, and closing a sales pipeline of 100% net new logos
  • Strategically prospecting into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & technical end users
  • Blding strong relationships to foster growth opportunities
  • Partnering with Solution Architects and Professional Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partner to maximize deal sizes
  • Participating in sales enablement trainings, including comprehensive Sales Bootcamp and leadership development programs

Requirements for Success

  • 2+ years field experience with quota-carrying experience in fast-paced and competitive markets, focusing on strategically growing accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and manage complex sales processes
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Driven and competitive, with a strong desire to succeed
