Job Overview:
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on domain name management, trademark protection, and brand safeguarding. Your primary goal will be to ensure 100% client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Welcome new clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to exceed expectations.
- Account Management: Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring seamless interactions and prompt issue resolution.

Requirements:
- Fluent English and Swedish language skills.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, prioritizing tasks under pressure.
