Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing strategic and tactical objectives for sales partners to reach or exceed their sales goals.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to break down strategic goals into operationally measurable sub-goals and ensure progress and ownership of set operational goals.

Main Responsibilities

  4. Measure and follow up on operational KPIs such as current sales pipeline, lead-to-deal conversion rate, and average lead time from lead to deal
