South Europe Revenue Leadership

As Head of Revenue Management EU South, you will lead a team of approximately 10 revenue managers responsible for improving revenue performance of a portfolio of routes. You will be expected to deliver on ambitious targets focusing on maximizing revenue from the growing leisure travel segment.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership of ~10 co-workers, including department and individual roadmaps, coaching, performance management, salary revisions, team development, engagement building, and contributing to making SAS and RM a great place to work.
  • Development and maintenance of an ambitious change agenda in your team to help SAS excel in a challenging and competitive post-pandemic environment.
