Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Funnel. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our business goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects aimed at improving business processes and driving efficiency across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to provide strategic input on business initiatives and drive the implementation of these strategies.
- Serve as a central point of collaboration across revenue teams, ensuring alignment, facilitating communication, and promoting shared goals.
- Design and implement efficient CRM processes to support revenue team growth and effectiveness.
- Develop automations to reduce manual work and improve productivity within revenue teams.
- Collaborate with the revenue enablement team to ensure process adoption.
Your Qualifications
- Previous experience in operations or a related field, such as sales, marketing, or customer success.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with CRM management, process design, and automation.
- Fluency in English (Swedish is not required).
