Sales Enablement Manager

The Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing commercial organizations with the necessary learning materials, content, and resources. This individual will partner with sales, solutions, and product leaders to develop and execute impactful programs for transforming the sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with commercial leadership to design, execute, optimize, and assess enablement programs
- Determine sales enablement priorities with commercial leaders
- Build strong relationships with sales representatives
- Act as a knowledge liaison between product and commercial teams
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for sales representatives
- Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
- Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
- Conduct training needs analysis of the commercial team
- 5+ years of experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
- Strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training
- Experience with Value-Based Selling and MEDDPICC is a strong plus
- Ability to translate product positioning into a best-class sales pitch
- Experience with content management and learning management systems
- Ability to build internal relationships with product, solutions, sales, and marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Fast learner
- Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
