  • Collaborate with the store team to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Business Performance:

  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment.

  • Strong visual merchandising skills and ability to create visually appealing store displays.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
