As a Visual Merchandising Expert, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional visual presentation and display standards for our flagship locations. You will be responsible for maintaining the brand identity, promoting product, and delivering an elevated standard of visual presentation both inside and in the windows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the visual proposition for all brands in the flagship location, promoting brand merchandise and delivering an exceptional standard of elevated visual presentation.
  • Be aware of sales budgets, mystery shops, VM visits, and model store.
  • Manage the installation of all window schemes to an excellent standard and maintain daily.
  • Style all mannequins, dressing them to guideline, local market, and as per market direction.
  • Participate and lead staff meetings, keeping the team up to date with moves, direction, and changes.
  • Implement and manage brand visual guidelines, ensuring market-specific direction is considered.
  • Monitor and support Store Managers and department managers with VM presentation and react accordingly.
  • Work with Country/Channel VM manager and Store Managers to map floor space and location of collections, considering store option counts of new and existing product lines.
  • Support with pre-planning, delivery, and execution of SALE and Model store, mapping sales plan with Country/Channel VM manager and Store Managers.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge regarding merchandise, enabling VM correctly and communicating to customers for effective selling.
  • Support Store Managers in ensuring the sales team delivers consistent and accurate replenishment of product onto the sales floor.
  • Support and deliver training for the store team on visual execution and standards.
  • Assist Country/Channel VM manager in executing, coaching, and training brand and seasonal guidelines within store.
  • Walk through windows daily to identify product challenges and daily standards of presentation.
  • Work with key department managers to achieve best VM standards for store managers of all brands in the location.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to understand key planned activity, reporting back to VM HQ.
  • Support delivery of marketing events in the location.
  • Develop strong relationships with other Flagship VM and Field VM teams, contributing to HO VM meetings where necessary.
  • Assist Country/Channel VM manager in contributing to Model store guidelines.

You

  • You'll have 3+ years retail experience, with the ability to follow brand guidelines and understand the basics of Visual merchandising.
  • You'll have strong stakeholder management skills and collaborate to win.
  • You'll be creative, commercially aware, and make informed decisions, communicating with impact across all levels.
  • You will work well with change, adapt fast, and work with pace.
