HPE Field Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) segment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business unit growth targets.
- Negotiate and close key tenders and large deals with a deep understanding of HPE's product and service offerings.
- Optimize sales results by driving sales out of the agreed vendor portfolio, including new vendor identification, onboarding, and business development initiatives.
- Drive overall vendor management, create customer unique selling propositions, and protect margin integrity.
- Enable and support sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.
- Maintain full knowledge of assigned HPE product and service lines.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in solution and services sales.
- High energy with a positive attitude, consistently able to deliver above expectations.
- Self-motivator able to define and achieve clear individual, team, and company priorities and execute autonomously.
- Proven ability to self-manage in an external environment.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
