Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retail footprint strategies for European accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales organization, retailers, and distributors to provide industry-leading service for marketing requests.
  • Support key account managers with updated product images and descriptions.
  • Manage the set-up and planning of European sales and marketing meetings.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of all retail footprint material to accounts.
  • Negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing for in-store materials.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase retail staff support of CCM products and programs.
  • Catalogue management for Europe.
  • Support the Brand Activator team with marketing support tools.
  • Collaborate to maximize in-field product education.
  • Lead relationships with suppliers, retailers, and distributors.
Requirements:
  • Experience in marketing, digital, or sales.
  • Secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong Excel, email, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience in sporting goods is an asset.
  • Customer-focused and good problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • German and Finnish are assets.
